Building software, teams, and ideas.

• 15+ years building software, 5+ leading teams. I still write code daily.
• Focus: layered architecture, modular monoliths, TDD, and AI agents.
• I build open-source tools used in production. Simple, maintainable code wins.

• phel-lang: functional Lisp that compiles to PHP.
• bashunit: testing framework for Bash.
• agnostic-ai: write agents, skills, and rules once, sync them to your AI tools.

I write about software, teams, and habits on my blog and reading notes.
