Anyone else finding it extremely difficult to find new roles? Most applications (out of 100s) don't even get a reply it seems. Also noticed that an ever increasing number of positions are short term contracts only.
Companies reluctant to hire due to all the uncertainty with AI?

btw some of friends managed to find new roles by contacting CTO/CPO directly (not an advice though)
