In this AI acceleration era solo is way more comfortable, there's no doubt about it, and me too for products mostly i done it solo ... way more efficient but in big tech company.

Actually, I think it's way better to work with multiple people together. The best work I've done was in pair or mob programming. Mostly in pair, though. We developed the routine in which no matter what the first guy said, the other one took the opposite position and started discussing it, even if he actually agreed. It's crazy how often that leads to better results and how much we both improved in that time. Working async (like using PRs) is really annoying and has more downsides than upsides, but working in pairs is extremely beneficial.
