Regarding the #PHP security releases this week, I've a few thoughts.
1. I think The PHPF did a great job in their retrospective article.
2. The media (at least in denmark) did a very good job of making a spectacal of it.
I don't think it is doing anything good, if the media yells "panic" to everyday people, and not developers.
