Apple app subscriptions blocked because of an agreement I signed but Apple connect is still showing the warning. Stuck in a loop of go here to sign this then go back to sign it there. Apple why!! I'm losing new users and revenue

I'm back - took 2 days for the warnings to clear in Apple Connect and then 4 hours for the products to start reappearing in the app - review is still pending, so that wasn't it - support tickets still outstanding also. Guess the sync took a while to populate.
Still 3 days of a broken app from Apple - not a good look.
