That's a good tip. With MongoDB vector search, you can store the embedding along the data in the same document. And now with Auto Embedding, you don't have to call the embedding API when you save or search data, MongoDB does it for you. https://www.mongodb.com/docs/vector-search/crud-embeddings/automated-embedding/ And you get a MongoDB Atlas with 512MB of storage for free forever.
