Feel more accomplished with side project stuff than actual work related project stuff. Juggling 3 projects at one time at work and finally able to pull back from being hands on IC to 2 of them and focus on leading the other developers. Starting up focus on the 3rd project so I can actually contribute hands on work there which is needed. What a monday after a vacation.
