Accidentally became good at my job so now I get pinged to work on urgent needs randomly and I don't get paid urgent needs money. This is starting to get out of hand.

Its the downside of consulting and working for the leadership for 5 years. They don't handle when people say it will take a week or longer to do something that they know I have done previously in hours. 🤣
