Team, just an idea: when someone does a PR to /dev/null and it gets merged, the user can get some pastéis or XP or something similar here?
Maybe for reporting bugs too, you know what I mean?
We may also be able to give some % on opening and the rest on merging?

Maybe not for bugs because we might get lots of junk too.. maybe just for merged PRs
I don't fully agree with this. Rewarding PR submissions could encourage unnecessary or low-quality PRs, creating more work for maintainers.
Contributions should be driven by solving real problems, not farming XP.
