Does it mean overcomplicated? Too strange?
Maybe I am not in the audience they are looking for!
I mean, of course, it may look better, but also not much worthy to switch or keep all stuff in mind and give extra efforts than what you used to do! And maybe it was just hype, and no one is even talking about it on the internet now!

This is my personal opinion:
Omarchy (Hyprland) GUI to a regular GUI, is like VIM to a regular IDE - some like it, others don’t, and it means everything to a few. I’m glad people come up with new things after 30+ years of windowed computing.
The rest is just an opinionated set…
We're still many talking about it and using it. Myself is just wating for a real M4 installer. Running it on a old Macbook air 2015 with full PHP development
You've right that it's not for everybody. I'm used to vim/neovim with all k-bindings and Omarchy for me is so naturally
