what's your go-to Laravel stack in 2026? mine is: > Laravel 13 on PHP 8.4 > Inertia v3 + React 19 + TypeScript > Tailwind 4 + Vite 8 > PostgreSQL 18 > Pint + PHPUnit and for deploying my applications I use my own panel (which is also made with Laravel and self-hosted on a cheap VPS). I ended up building it since Forge was overkill and Laravel Cloud didn't have South American servers.
