I just created this shell script to download/update/install/uninstall Go (Golang) download link: https://gist.github.com/OctaEDLP00/e2c98c5232b1832d93a33001f070a30e Usage
bash
./mkgo -h  # help
./mkgo -v  # version/path of installed Go
./mkgo -i   # latest stable version
./mkgo -i -v 1.27.2 # point version
./mkgo -u # upgrade to latest version
./mkgo -d -o ~/Downloads # download only (latest version)
./mkgo --uninstall # uninstall (saves the previous path)
Requires bash and curl/wget (apt|brew). Supports Linux (amd64/arm64/386/armv6l) and macOS (amd64/arm64).
