I still don't see agents producing good quality code. It works, but if I take an adversarial attitude and look at what it's produced in our applications, I'm disappointed. It completely fails to model the domain. Dumps stuff in files without considering duplication. Writes really bad tests. Thousand lines of code in React components..
It needs so much steering!
