I'm working on the management software for my insurance claims appraisal firm and on an app for video appraisals.
oh nice, a real business tool. video appraisals sounds fun to build, are you doing the video calls in the browser with webrtc or going native app?
WebRTC in the browser. I want it to be as friction-free as possible for end users—zero downloads required, they just click a link and join the video appraisal directly from their phone browser
link-and-join is the right call, every install step loses people. are you on a TURN server for the calls that can't go peer to peer on mobile data?
