How do you setup notes for each session an AI agent complete for you?
create a folder and series of md files?
pretty much, yes. a folder of small md files, one fact or decision each, plus a short index file the agent reads at the start of every session. when it gets something wrong, the correction becomes a new note with the reason, and stale notes get deleted instead of patched
