Many popular applications built with the Electron framework will likely migrate to Rust in the future. What matters is that AI has made working with Rust easier, so we can expect to see more Rust based software emerge going forward.
Genuine question that I've been wondering. Rust does everything by having built-in checks and allowing only for very explicit unsafe cases when necessary. Why can't AI simply build those same sorts of checks in any language? If not now, then in the exact same future you're…
For this reason, software written with artificial intelligence will be supervised by a human programmer to ensure that the artificial intelligence does not sabotage it. In any case, I find it unlikely that AI will be able to successfully handle 100% of the tasks.

How? Your premise is that Rust will be used more often because AI will make it more accessible. That increased accessibility would only exist because people will not have to understand Rust. If they do have to understand it, then it has the same hurdle as today.
