I had issues with the privacy policy portion as I did a single page site and the policy was listed on the homepage but for some reason whatever automation they were using couldn't find it on that page so I had to edit and create a specific privacy policy page just so it would…

well ok:)) in my case had a dedicated /privacy page from day one (plus /en and /fr versions), mostly because Notion's OAuth review wanted one too so.. :))
