PHP is the Toyota of programming languages. Rust - Tesla

I'd say PHP feels more like an old Volvo. But that might depend on where you live. 😂

I live in Africa. Volvo is a prestigious model.

Here in Germany I see way more old Volvos than old Toyotas! But I'd say, PHP definitely feels like an old car that have been neglected for a few years but then got fixed up quite a bit!

If it wasn't for Laravel, PHP would be extinct. Old gang over here drive old German machines: Benz, BMW
