maintainers on here: what makes you merge a pr from a total stranger? my guess is a small diff, a test, and an issue that already agreed on the fix. curious what actually moves it for you 👇

On top of what you mention, enough good commit history on other repos.

good point, a history of solid prs elsewhere is basically a reference letter. did that ever get you merged faster somewhere?

Unfortunately, i don't have much experience on open-source, only closed-source :)

closed source counts too, same review problems just a smaller audience 😄
