Building Fiber, a Rust coding agent harness that stays out of your way: an idle session is ~12 MiB and makes zero context switches. Every UI is a pure client of a hub, so the TUI has no privilege a GUI, web or mobile client lacks. Model providers, tools and hooks are all swappable through extensions, and an in-process Lua extension costs about 150 KiB. Pre-release, but coming along. https://github.com/aakshintala/fiber
