If were not careful, every conversation with AI can turn into a game of Wheres Wally. The more we add to a context window, the harder it can get for a model to find the stuff that really matters. In my new video, I use a popular game to explain 'lost in the middle', 'context rot', and why context management matters so much these days. It takes a look at what happens when the page gets too busy, and a few ways to keep our agents in the smart zone.
