Can't upgrade to PHP 8.5.12 on some Hetzner servers. Is anyone facing the same issue?

The Sury repository for Ubuntu 26.04 (
resolute, ARM64) has PHP 8.5.12’s meta-package but still serves PHP 8.5.11 runtime packages (cli, common, fpm), so APT cannot upgrade the actual PHP binaries.commit 19a8f27
