No is not. Is a 1 year old project, started to fix the head of line blocking issue with Kafka in our company. Is a paradigm change in message broker, because topic/queue partitions are cheap and are per entity, not chosen at topic creation. From Rabbit, we have stolen the ACK/NACK. So Queen is based on a log like Kafka, but every message can be NACK.
