So what pet projects are you all working on in this age of AI? Anyone looking at competitors? I feel like the competition is fierce right now, what felt unique and required effort to make, is now built in literally hours (like this platform). So what are you guys building, and…

Oddly enough, all of my competitors have been around since early 2000s I'm building an online book marketplace, I guess thats a topic that doesn't appeal to anyone who likes AI

That's great! What made you create this? Have you not been satisfied with existing marketplaces? What made you pull the trigger?

To be honest, I should have probably tried the existing marketplaces before building this :P I just like building I guess, But I was disappointed by the in person experience actually. Used book stores don't take used books, even for free. Only libraries take all donated books, and they had hours that didn't work for me (ie closed on weekends)
