Anyone else finding it extremely difficult to find new roles? Most applications (out of 100s) don't even get a reply it seems. Also noticed that an ever increasing number of positions are short term contracts only.
Companies reluctant to hire due to all the uncertainty with AI?

It's horrendous right now. Companies also seem to be a lot more picky than they used to be. A couple of years ago I walked into a C# job while I had a background in PHP. When I've had a few horrible days and looked into the job market recently though I either hear nothing back or everything is really underpaid. Best of luck on your hunt though
