I wrote a LinkedIn post few weeks back regarding an AI Engineer job role that we were hiring for.
And I am just saddened to see the fact that how almost every email I received had almost the same content.
Probably because they copy pasted my LinkedIn post, fed to an LLM, and without involving their own human creativity, just slapped it in the email body and hit send.
We dont have a Talent Acquisition team to go through Resumes, so the responsibility is on the Engineering team. Hence, it became annoying to see the same BS content on every second email..
I am just imagining how things would have been, had there been no LLMs....

It's sad indeed but you could use an agent to filter out bot like responses 😛
