made a tool for when claude code does something and you can't tell which config file caused it.
npx ccdesk in a repo lists everything claude code loads there (CLAUDE.md, settings, permissions, hooks, MCP servers, skills, plugins) in load order, with the file behind each one. you can fix things from the same page: it shows the diff first and backs up every file it writes.
