I think, 8.4 will never be on Noble. No? When Canonical releases an LTS version of Ubuntu, the default runtime software is frozen for stability across its entire 5-year lifecycle: - Ubuntu 22.04 LTS (Jammy): Shipped with PHP 8.1 - Ubuntu 24.04 LTS (Noble): Shipped with PHP 8.3 - Ubuntu 26.04 LTS (Resolute): Ships with PHP 8.5 Because Ubuntu 24.04 only includes PHP 8.3 in its official archives, USN-8948-1 only covers PHP 8.3 for Ubuntu 24.04. Canonical does not track, package, or release security notices for PHP 8.4 or PHP 8.5 on Noble.
