In my Dev Environment, for trapping emails at work and at personal projects I use Mailpit, so that I do not actually send emails.
And for s3 Buckets I just moved to Silo, from MinIO.
Silo is a big upgrade from minIO as they have been nerfing the docker image for a while.

I never used ddev, seems like a nice project. I used to hand write my docker compose files... now I have claude to do that :)
