is a Mac mini m6 with 32gb worth it or are 24gb enough? Currently using mb air with 24gb, but will upgrade my office soon and think about a Mac mini. Any experiences and suggestions?

If you're deeply into AI or data stuff, then I would go for the 32gb model. If not, 24gb is more than enough, even with multiple Docker containers running at the same time and lots of applications open
since I use the native apple containers, docker isn‘t a topic anymore 😂 but yeah, most of the coding, photo editing and so
24gb should be more than enough for you then, if those are the only things you'll really be doing on it. I don't think photo editing is that RAM intensive where it would eat up the entire 24gb, and MacOS is pretty optimized unlike Windows :-)
