Working on Bunkhouse, open-source AI employees for small businesses.
Each agent starts as an employee record, not a prompt. It gets a real mailbox on the company's domain (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or IMAP), a job with versioned procedures, a monthly token budget as its salary, and a spot on the org chart next to the humans. Coworkers just email it.
On a Linux host with KVM, each agent also gets its own microVM desktop, browser and terminal, and you can watch the work live or replay it later. Autonomy dials for mail, money-adjacent work, shell and desktop are enforced in the runtime.
