Ether is a Plex Media Server that holds no media. Stock Plex apps on Apple TV, Roku, Shield or a smart TV browse the full TMDB catalogue, and pressing Play streams from your own Usenet providers or debrid accounts. Scrub to any point and Ether seeks to the matching keyframe inside a remote RAR5 set and serves just those bytes. Subtitles get synced to the exact cut by aligning dialogue timing, without downloading the video. Pure Go, one binary, one-click installers for Windows, Linux and Mac.
