Can we talk about software factories? I’m curious what people are doing and any lessons along the way? How are you guys evaluating spend to benefit, churn, efficiency?

I've tried variations of them, but it was just too chaotic for me. I've tried multiple specialized agents, the Paperclip webapp, and then just single orchestrators at the CLI level. The max I can handle is 5 agents going at once before I feel like I have lost too much context of the project and that "passion" with the human in the loop to create straight next-word garbage.
