Replaced 10 years of tmux config with Rex in a few hours. Lua plus a real API instead of format strings changes things: until the Linux server lands, my splits detect an ssh pane and reopen on the same host in the same folder. A few dozen lines, something I never bothered to hack into tmux. Same API lets Claude Code drive agents across panes. Great work, @mitchellh and team.
