Sure thing, there are plenty of CVE's in past, but of course, with help of AI its kinda possible to exploit the bigger field. Although, guy with pretty much of knowledge in field, struggled quite a lot to get it to find the explotation path…
And another thought is that maybe PHP was just aiming for some publicity, get some attention with guriella marketing :D
