I discovered likec4.dev and it seems to be a great alternative with nice tooling to our current approach for software architecture diagrams. Using IcePanel right now, the UI is too slow and putting the views and definitions in a remote, kind of gated space seems off. Eventhough an MCP exists, harnesses will be enabled in a better way when architecture is committed as code. Especially when you run a docs-as-code approach already.
