Right? I use Fable for planning and Opus for execution (both at a high effort level - xhigh just wasted more tokens without any noticeable results). Do you plan with Fable or Opus?

Medium seems to work pretty well actually. I like high effort on Code and Security reviews and the Architect for Opus as it seems to give me the best results. Sonnet 5.5 on medium is like an intermediate developer doing the work. Mostly right, but with the occasional whoopsie factor that is caught before going live in review.
