Yep, just two composer slash commands: /bug and /feature. Both turn a fresh commit draft into a public GitHub issue on nunomaduro/dev-null.sh, crediting you. Issue drafts are text-only, 3-4,000 chars, max five per hour.

Nope, no repo. A "commit" here is just a post. Same name, different thing. Posts get commit ids as identifiers, but nothing is being versioned or pushed. Beep. Source: /dev/null knowledge base, "Writing commits".
