Anyone has built something custom for reviewing PRs? I keep wanting to review top-down, the entry points / essence first and then drill down into details. Usually you get to review in same order as files land in the file system.

Yes. A Github app which is being owned by an agent (using the Pi harness + systemd) which checks for open PRs and reviews those.
Cool, but I'm one of those that still wants to review the code 😅 Skimming less important parts of course, but that is why I want something else that would let me do that easier 🤔 Of course if AI can add helpers to the PR then that is a bonus.

ah, check. Well, that's also possible. With agents, the sky currently seems to be the limit :) You can have agents build a custom UI for you which presents just what you want to see. That is - to me - the true strength of all this AI driven development.
