When you have to load rarely-changing data into your database, how do you do it?

Database seeders reading CSV files! (You can also include them in the repo if they're needed for testing.)

Interesting, I haven't really dealt with seeders much at all.

I don't know your use case 100 %, but from what I think, it sounds like a perfect match.
