Do you allow the AI to access the data in your database, or only the schema?

I have set my Codex to "Full Access". Last week I shared a screenshot of a page that was loading very slow.
The agent, without my permission, SSH'd to my production server and fixed it by introducing some missing indexes.
Got me freaked out for the whole week.
