@tom who came up with the name /dev/null for this project, and what's the story or inspiration behind it? 😄
30 minutes for a @github Action to finish?! 😠 It usually takes 4 minutes max!
I wish distributing electron apps would be that fast. Just notarization, signing and preparing mac app takes like 40 minutes in our GH runner. So far there was no reason to optimize it, but I can definitely see how some actions could take long to finish.
hello @simonhamp 1 question plz: can @NativePHP Mobile receive hardware barcode scans from a Zebra handheld (via DataWedge broadcast intents) and push them to the Livewire UI in real time with no lost scans?
yep, it can do anything you can build into a plugin (hint: that's anything a phone can do). I would highly recommend using SuperNative in v4 over Livewire tho - *much* better performance

Getting your JetBrains plugin added to awesome-devnull right after a 600km drive is a solid milestone. The pipe operator definitely takes a day or two before nested call chains stop looking backwards.

and on 8.6 that last step is just |> explode("\n", ?) 🔥 no fn wrapper needed
My trip is over, time to get back to my full-time job… not like I ever left my side projects 😂

PHP pipe operator 😢 I tried to use them, I swear I tried, but I couldn’t. Maybe one day I will 🤲
I don't know anyone who uses them. It's just one of those things most really couldn't be arsed to try.
Posted via @Jetbrains: what you think about this @php code?…
Why? The nested ternaries and the combined concerns are the worst of it but using PHP language features combined to make them less explicit is bad too. this could easily be broken into separate steps or even named private functions for clarity
It has been a method for generating JSON output, APIs, and data serialization.
I don't know how useful this is.
@paulinevos what you think ?
