Does anybody else here listen to podcast over music most part of the time while coding? 🤔

I can't listen to music with lyrics, and definitely not podcasts (which all have commentary), while also concentrating on code. How do you do that and also focus on the work? 🤔
I started doing when I felt that my English wasn't good enough, just put podcast on the speakers while working, I put total focus on the work while the audio is playing.

I have heard that it can be good to immerse yourself in a language and to listen to audio of the language before you properly understand it. Has it worked well for you?
I suppose if you didn't understand English well it would be easier to tune it out and focus on the task in…
