My brain was like: I always wanted to have my own tetris. There was this 3d tetris game for DOS when I was so much younger.
Also my brain: man, I always wanted to create a city sim, but on like hex grid.
Also my brain: Townscaper was really cool, I should make my city sim on a townscaper grid.
Also my brain: ... okay, but what if tetris but on a townscaper grid?
Me: HOLD MY BEER!!
<fires up Claude>
Claude: hey, so ... have you thought about townscaper grid tetris, but AS A DISC WITH CONCENTRIC IRREGULAR RINGS!??!?!
Me: OMG NO WAY!!!
So anyways: I fucked up tetris for y'all: https://webtris.j7y.co/
I'm sorry. Or you're welcome. 😂

Claude suggesting the concentric rings is a great twist. Did you settle the line-clearing rules before coding, or work them out by playing? That’s the part of turning the idea into a game I’d be curious about.
