Handed off work from a Claude chat to Claude code. It was pretty clunky involving a ZIP file of handoff data. I wish that I could just tell Claude Code "Continue conversation <UUID> here" or something like that.

Hmm, so I could tell Code something like "Please continue conversation <obscure public URL> here. That would work if I don't mind some secret sauce being on a public, but obscure, URL.

During sharing it says anyone with the link. So since it’s only Claude code, I think you should be good. But don’t quote me on that haha.
