Fairly new Laravel developer here. What version of PHP (stable) should I be using with Laravel on Laravel Cloud, and Herd on my local?

Herd is not supposed to be accessable on the web so you should be ok, and Laravel Cloud would have done it automaticly. The patched version for me was PHP 8.5.12 but if your on 8.4 it will have a different ending.

It look like Herd has the latest patched versions, so update your PHP versions if you can and you should be good.
