I never git force push: it rewrites shared history and can erase others’ work. Sure, it tidies messy commits and cleans up after a rebase. But I’d be the one running it on "production" at 5pm on a Friday, skipping --force-with-lease, swearing I checked. Trust ME with it? Never!!!
