Anyone else finding OpenAI Sol 6.1 incredibly slow?

I switched to Claude (using Opus 5.5) because, a few months ago, Anthropic's usage limits were higher than OpenAI's. What are OpenAI's limits like now? Can I switch back to an OpenAI subscription, or is it still much more limited compared with Anthropic's?
I pretty much run out of usage on the $100 plan in a day or two to be honest. I've not tried using Claude as i always found it to be token hungry so never looked back. Starting to think i might need to at some point. One correction prompt took over an hour earlier.

Claude's API is very token-hungry, but the subscription plan has very generous limits, at least for my usage, which I consider average.
