Anybody still writing vanilla PHP scripts, no frameworks, little to no Composer dependencies, like it's the 2000's?

I suspect that, like Javascript (or at least browser scripting) this will become easier and easier over time.
Not for whole apps, we will still want Laravel's scaffolding, but for utility scripts the fewer dependencies the better.
