I'm on the other end of that spectrum. Month 68 of building strackt, mostly alone. You push a commit to your app and it builds, runs your migrations and goes live with zero downtime, on a VPS you own. After that it keeps the server patched and upgraded, which is the part a panel normally leaves to you.
The public beta has been open for six weeks. Signups: zero. Not because it doesn't work, but because I never told anyone. So this is me telling someone 🫣
I'm not looking for customers. I'm looking for a few developers who'll point a real app at it and tell me where it breaks.
